ISR (Inside Sales Rep)

We are growing our Inside Sales team in our Tampa, FL and/or Plano, TX territories! Are you motivated to work for a company that values and recognizes that a well-executed sales strategy will lead to financial reward and professional development? If so read on! This ISR position is an integral part of the Checkpoint Technologies sales team and is responsible for executing specific sales strategies to build services and software specific knowledge and acquire new customers. You will be instrumental in expanding our market share and ensuring our continued annual revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
The ISR is responsible for identifying and engaging decision makers in our target market accounts and uncovering opportunities for the use of our solutions we specialize in. 

  • Make an average of 80 phone dials per day 
  • Perform daily phone prospecting to reach decision makers and influencers 
  • Exceed your quota of 15 qualified opportunities per month 
  • Work with our marketing department on campaign follow up 
  • Management of pipeline to effectively forecast and close opportunities - new and existing accounts 
  • Execute the Checkpoint Technologies sales process and document your activity in our CRM of record Salesforce.com

Attributes/Skills Required:

  • 2+ years phone sales experience
  • 4-year college degree preferred with a technical software background 
  • Self-motivated with a desire to compete, achieve results, and win 
  • Professional demeanor and phone voice tonality 
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and grow professionally 
  • Excellent technical aptitude within QA, Programming and/or DevOps 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high energy phone sales environment 
  • Good active listener and articulate communicator 
  • Ability to uncover prospect needs and properly qualify accounts 
  • Use rapport building techniques to develop consultative relationships with executives over the phone 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint 
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool

Test Engineer
