Job Description:

Markets B2B IT services and software solutions by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; creating and maintaining promotional materials; maintaining databases; preparing reports.

Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Implements B2B marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Creates and keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics resources; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Administrator on all social media presence including but not limited to website management, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, and YouTube etc.
  • Tracks product line marketing ROI and costs by analyzing and entering marketing campaigns, expense, and new business data.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing and related sales data.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Researches and understands competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Organize and manage press releases


B2B Marketing experience, Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Understanding the Sales Process, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Graphic Design Skills, Copywriting.
