Business Development Representative

We are growing our Business Development Representative team in Florida!

You will be instrumental in expanding our market share and ensuring our continued annual revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Make an average of 400 phone dials per week
  • Perform daily phone prospecting to reach decision makers and influencers
  • Exceed your quota of 15 qualified opportunities per month
  • Work with our marketing department on campaign follow up
  • Execute the Checkpoint Technologies sales process and document your activity in our CRM of record Salesforce.com

Attributes/Skills Required:

  • 2+ years phone sales experience
  • Self-motivated with a desire to compete, achieve results, and win
  • Professional demeanor and phone voice tonality
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and grow professionally
  • Excellent technical aptitude within QA, Programming and/or DevOps
  • Thrive in a fast paced, high energy phone sales environment
  • Good active listener and articulate communicator
  • Ability to uncover prospect needs and properly qualify accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool

Salary and Compensation 

  • $32,000 – $35,000 base salary
  • Generous commission plan with accelerator bonuses
