Brief Overview:
The Checkpoint Technologies “Introduction to Jira” course is an excellent way to kick-start your Jira skills! This instructor-led, virtual basic course will familiarize you with Jira, its intuitive user-interface, and how to navigate create, modify, manage, and work with Jira Projects, Versions, Releases, and Issues. This interactive course will also introduce you to Jira’s reporting capabilities to enable you to extract specific, detailed data in report form specific to the progress of projects. You’ll learn how to run JQL queries to find issues quickly and accurately, work with Dashboards to better analyze data, create filters to view the data you need, and much more!
